Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on all US orders of $49 or more
• $5.99 flat-rate shipping on orders under $49

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days, for a total of about 8–15 business days from order to doorstep.

Many of our tools ship directly from our manufacturing partners' fulfillment centers. That's how we keep prices fair, and it's also why delivery takes a little longer than at big-box stores. We'll always tell you honestly when to expect your order.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages. If so, you'll receive a tracking number for each package.

No surprise fees

All import duties and taxes are included in our prices. You will never be asked to pay extra fees when your package arrives.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We are not yet able to ship to APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States.

Holiday shipping

For delivery before Christmas, please place your order by December 1.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at support@scantquarterco.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. It's your choice.
