How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on all US orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $5.99.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

No. All duties and taxes are already included in our prices.

Do your 45mm blades fit my rotary cutter?

Our blades are a standard 45mm size and fit most 45mm rotary cutters. If you're not sure, email us the make and model of your cutter and we'll check for you.

Are your rulers accurate?

We check sample rulers from every batch against a steel reference rule, and every ruler is covered by our 1-Year Precision Promise.

Are the ruler markings in inches?

Yes. All of our rulers use inch markings with 1/8" lines, made for American quilt patterns.

Can I return something?

Yes. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it for free. See Returns & Refunds.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Our Quilter's Gift Box and Starter Set come in gift-ready packaging.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We currently ship only to US addresses.
