Returns & Refunds

30-day returns

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

  1. Email support@scantquarterco.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with our US return address and instructions.
  3. Once we receive the item, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back.

1-Year Precision Promise

All of our tools are covered against manufacturing defects for one year. That includes ruler markings that aren't accurate. See our Precision Promise for details.

Gifts

Bought as a gift and it's not quite right? The recipient can contact us with the order number, and we'll refund the original purchaser or offer store credit.

Non-returnable items

For safety reasons, rotary blades can't be returned once the package has been opened, unless they're defective.
